It's hypocritical for a nation such as France to critisize Texas death penalty, we never chopped peoples heads off by the thousands. I do agree that minorities and the poor are more likely to be executed. To me it is far worse to spend the rest of your life 23 hours a day in solitary than ending it all, that would drive one insane and be a far worse punishment.

I think, governor Rick Perry and other Texas politics and judges deserve to die, for killing innocent people (especially negros and people with mental retardation) Maybe 1 of every 5 executions is warrantable. I agree with the death penalty, but I do NOT agree with its perverting.
