The first song is "Fashion" by Lady Gaga.

The second song is "Be On Top" by Tiaan Williams (it's also the promo and intro song to 'Australia's Next Top Model' Cycle 4).

Ah, yes I realize that. It was cutting it a bit for the song length. Simple stop the video when those parts come out (though it's a nuisance, I'm afraid).
