Michelle Obama's Fashion: a Hit

The fashion world is watching to see whether First Lady Michelle Obama's choice of clothing will help set new trends in women's wear -- much as has happened in the past with some of her predecessors. A recent fashion show in Washington highlighted the impact of first ladies on fashion, as well-known designer Nick Verreos presented a collection inspired by first ladies ranging from Martha Washington to Michelle Obama. VOA's Amra Alirejsovic spoke with the designer about the fashion impact of first ladies and filed this report.
