Believe it or not, but back in the 80s, those boring TV commercials for exercise equipment or related offers showed a lot more men who were scantily clad (like this) in those ads. It was deliberately sexy, yet did not set off the "ooh its bad because gays like it" alarm. Nowadays, how many men even get shown in those commercials? It seems like the ratio is one man (stuck in the back somewhere in full length pants and shirt) per every 150 scantily clad women. No wonder America got fat.
