  • @Wh0Dr No, knee pushups are not as effective as standard pushups. The main reason a person would do knee pushups is if they are not strong enough to do standard pushups. In that case, they should do knee pushups until they build up the strength to do standard pushups. If you're strong enough to do standard pushups, I wouldn't bother with knee pushups except if you're doing a drop-set where you as many standard pushups as you can, then drop to the knees and do as many knee pushups as possible.

  • @luandemberg thanks man, I love doing that stuff too, I have a system going, I'll do 1 lap around the house, 4 situps, and 1 pushup. Then 2 laps, 8 situps, and 2 pushups, and so on. I just accomplished 600 jumping jacks today.

  • @wafflelikerboyremade Just a heads up for you. Since you said you're fat, you wont get much leaner/loose fat by only doing strenght workouts. If you want to get rid of fat, the best thing for you to do is Cardio training, which is running. Sweating. But aswell, put in some strenght workouts aswell, to get stronger and get more definition. Good luck
