@cMeSeeU I just used it on 100 yds of bulky and it worked well except that I had to lift the flat part up off the ball sometimes, it seemed to get stuck. The engine made a high pitched hissy noise. I rolled the last few feet by hand, but it worked nicely. I'm looking forward to trying it with worsted, but I don't know how many yds. the machine can handle.

How many yards of Yarn can this thing wind? I am interested in buying one for my wife for her birthday, but I know she uses all different weights, thickness and lengths of yarn when she balls them. Any ideas where I can find out where this has been REALLY tested by real Yarn-aholics?
