yeah they are definitely prepared. Now are you prepared to go a month without video games? My friend shipped his and got back another broken one. He tried to ship it back and they said that he couldn't because he just got it replaced. He tried to explain it to them and they wouldn't do anything for him. Good luck to you, if you have any problems, remember. The ps3 has less than a 0.1 percent failure rate. It also has killzone 2 coming out february 27th. good luck to you.
