  • How much did it cost ( in GDP if youcan please) :)

  • @TheHampo123 The computer was around $900 (USD), and the desk was somewhere in the neighborhood of $75 (USD). Do your own conversions.

  • No carpet? Outrageous!

  • @jeaulee0 I know! Every time I got in there, I wish it was carpeted, dang it.

  • i wish i had the money :), gonna buy the wheel and throttle, for 150 euro's, do i need the rudder pedals too?? they are around the 130 euros

  • @musicoreinstein I'd go for pedals before a trim wheel. The cost is greater, but nothing gives you the feel of real flight like having your feet on the rudder pedals.

  • For its simplicity I would say this is one of my favorite set ups i've seen. The only problem is I'm not a fan of the Saitek yoke. But overall I say good job.

  • Hey dude can you show us some video's of you flying and using the simulation?

  • Hi there I like it very much, it's simple and clean , I hope you can see my sim and the desk markup I made to give me any tips before I start to build it mi user name is betod in YouTube there are 2 vids of cockpit check the one with voice thanks.

  • Gh

  • very cool

  • cool

  • sweet work, very neet, i really wouldn't mind having that, really well set and planned :)

  • That is just awesome, man! You inspire me to do the same

  • Nice job at building that.

  • @joker1031000 I don't have any saitek flight simulator things yet. but if you get a saitek throttle it will work on Boeing's. But you can not manually control 1 engine it will control both engines. But you can probably have on lever to left engine and 1 lever to the right engine.

  • @brandon9271 works good you can use the rudder as brake and gas instead of toe brakes on the simulator and the yoke ofcourse is used as the steering wheel

  • @brandon9271 I don't know, I only use it for flight sims.

  • maybe a dumb question but how does this saitek set up work for racing sims? I realize is wasn't meant for that but..

  • great job at making the desk ,im thinking of making one from cardboard to save painting it ,just kidding:) in your other video are you releasing a flight sim? great job for 50 us dollars looks sturdy and neat

  • does that throttle work for a Boeing

  • Nice job.

  • @askempasa It was much easier to just clamp them, and should anything every go wrong it's easier to remove them for repairs/replacement.

  • Why not just use the thread sin the yoke and throttle to directly screw them in place rather than using the clamps?

  • @gpruitt54 You must have missed the part where I installed the projector! At this point, I have no need for multiple monitors, as I've got a single, 6-foot wide screen a few feet from my face. That, combined with TrackIR, gives a very realistic visualization of the virtual world.
