Bennett often was the panelist who detected that there was more than one mystery guest.

I always wonder if he sensed it when they walked in, as he was closest to them entering. Like maybe he could hear the difference or detect the dual "breeze" of two people walking by...

  • @BrandonTxOthor Thanks for clarifying.  I'd listened to the clip several times, and couldn't understand it. Having watched the Honeymooners as a child, you'd think I'd have had a clue.

  • @mizbootie He said "manhole" which is where someone who worked in the sewers would go down. I am sure he was referring to Art Carney-who played a character named Ed Norton who worked in the "sewers" on the show "The Honeymooners".
