Video Games Live - Edmonton 2009 - Mass Effect

Recorded 18 May 2009 at the Video Games Live performance at the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium in Edmonton. This is a clip from the performance of the music from Mass Effect, produced by local company BioWare. I kick myself for not letting the camera run 1.5 minutes more, cause I would have had the entire piece.

This is a true example of gaming music as an art form. The solid performance from ESO is backed by a full choir. Admittedly I've never played the game, but this piece really makes me want to. Well that and I hear it's a very good game.
