In response to a query about how to edit a midi track you have played wrong on the keyboard i have made a basic video on how to edit the notes after the fact.

  • OK....WHAT KIND OF INSULTS DO I HAVE TO WRITE TO GET A RESPONSE FROM YOU...MOOMAN...lol

  • @squidskunk Just the usual degrading remarks and twanged porno response things you normally infest my domain with. Other than that, have you tried jerking off a hamster by the gonads? LOL, good to hear from you. I ain't dead, just playing the piano a lot. Bored with life as well...

  • seriously, overkill on the intro

  • @Hippiegeeks That is a matter of opinion. Go play with a rabid squirrel....

  • How does one copy and paste complete measures? I would like to copy 2 measures of 4 tracks and repeat them twice.

  • In the Piano Roll view make sure you have the PRV Select Tool active (top left hand corner marked 1).

Click and drag a selection box around your 2 measures and let go of the mouse. Go to the edit menu and select Copy. Hit ok on the small window that pops up. Move your current time indicator (with the green flag at the top of the piano roll) to the exact place where you want to add the 2 measures. Go to the edit menu and hit Paste. Hit ok on the small window that pops up. Voila

  • Cheers for this. Got to say you have the oddest accent I've ever heard, like a combination of Dubliner and Middle Class English. :)

  • hellou! good tut!!!

after the complishment, comes the question :P haha

do u know how to fix the "latency" problem? i connect my keyboard to midi via usb... and use an earlier version of sonar... but... when i play the piano... it sounds a lot of seconds after i´m playing the actual note...

    thanks in advance! :)
