http://www.pushinthebay.com - PTBTV aka Pushin' The Bay EXCLUSIVE! In this exclusive video, Emcee T aka The Chinese King of the Bay speaks with San Quinn aka Quincy Brooks IV.

Born in Oakland, CA and growing up on the forcible streets of Fillmore, Quinn looked to writing and rapping to prevent trouble from knocking down his door. Quinn's neighborhood, no stranger to many known faces, such as: Rappin 4-Tay, JT the Bigga Figga, Seff Tha Gaffla, D-Moe, Hugh-E-MC, Messy Marv, and Andre Nickatina, was where he got his start and has come to be known as a living legend.

Lyrically deadly and a king in the rap game, Quinn got his start when introduced to the industry by JT the Bigga Figga, founder of Get Low Records. JT recognized Quinn's talent and drive to rise to the top and he signed him to the label. JT placed Quinn in his group, Get Low Playaz (GLP), which featured himself, Seff, and D-Moe. While most kids at the age of 14 were playing sports and video games, Quinn recorded his first song called "SFC" with GLP and RBL. His first album, "Don't Cross Me" under Get Low/Buck Fifty Records, followed shortly afterwards at the age of 15 and placed the spot light of the music industry directly on him.

Still taking the music industry by storm, Quinn is currently working on his next album, to potentially be released in 2008. He's a native to the rap game with 13 years under his belt and continues to penetrate the scene nationwide.

Below is a timeline of his works, nothing shy of astonishing and certainly a predecessor to future conquests:
