Ah, the good old days of the year 2000; Clinton was still in office, the economy was still king, NBC still had some credibility, the Twin Towers were still standing, Gas prices at $1.50 were considered "Too High" and Tom Brokaw was still anchoring the Nightly News. Good times...

  • Seems like we're due for another false flag. We are complaining about the same things that we were before 911. They want another war/wars with at least Iran if not Pakistan. They are not gonna sway us to get behind another war without another strike on U.S. soil. I hope I'm wrong.

  • Because the old version of "The Mission" features the headline cue when Brian Williams reading the headlines and the open with Michael Douglas do the voice-over: "From NBC News World Headquarters in New York, this is NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams."
