  • @atlantabootcamp leg extension cause knee injury and back pain, so what exercise in a gym can avoid those injuries but can still train better quad. and thig? I wanna jump higher

  • I am a bit confused....I logged on to your vids to see what you had to say about some things, but now I'm stuck questioning myself. Because I know both this exercise and that chest fly that you called a chest press, if someone is using machines with those movements are probably two of the worst exercises a person can do. And they put one at a high risk of injury.
