Minute Recipe: Basil Cheese Dip.
Born in Lyon, France, Jacques demonstrates his regional versions of fried and poached eggs as he makes the classic salad Frisée aux Lardons. Then, with thoughts of summer, he makes Spaghetti with Fresh Tomato and Anchovy Sauce. In a sweet ending, Jacques talks about spending time with his granddaughter while he makes an impressive-looking -- but simple to assemble -- Chocolate Cups and Chocolate Rocher with Hazelnuts and Cornflakes.

Jacques has been a master chef for over 50 yrs. I'm pretty sure he knows a hell of a lot more about cooking than you would. Thanks

The fried egg of Lyon-Oh my gosh!-I have to try that-Wonder why it is not made any more? For "health reasons"? I am finding more & more the wisdom of what is called healthy now is so far off the track it's not even funny.Give me a "Fried Egg of Lyon" with organic egg&oil rather than a GMO engineered mystery product any day.Merci.

Never heard of pasta salad before? Raw ingredients don't make something bland.

the vegetables that he put in the pasta sauce release their juices just by heating them tomatoes you don't even need to heat and the mushrooms if u just marinate them with lemon and herbs for a couple of hours they are super tasty......

So what. No one is debating that, he's a great chef. That doesnt mean this pasta tastes good. Some of his recipes are delicious, but some are downright dull.
