TA22 is the Japanese and Australasian code for it....RA21 was the U.S. code.....but they are the same car.

LOL....guys have you looked at the date of the vid, it was done in 2001, that was the first test run I did in that car. The engine was just put in and a very quick tune was done, thats why its so choppy and backfiring. Once it was finished and tuned up properly it ran quite smooth and had alot of balls up in the high revs up to 8500rpm with a top speed of 235km/h.

It ended up doin a 14sec flat at the drags.

I don't have the car anymore, sold it back in 2005 and bought a ST185 Celica GT4. :)

all toyota vehicle codes start with the first one (or two) letters of the engine code, for example TA22 celica...T being the engine family, be it any type of T motor, or JZA80 Supra....1 or 2JZ engine.....KE70 corolla.....4 or 5K engine....and so on
