  • The salad recepie we make every Christmas at home (bear in mind it's hot here at that time of the year!): pineapple, ham, hearts of palm, tomato, cream and almonds! :) A hit every single year!

  • Have you ever tried banana hearts? they are pretty good and people in asia cook it with coconut cream !

  • Never liked Hearts of Palm. The closest I have gotten was a deep fried version. But who doesn't deep fried anything?
