  • Make sure that the weight you use is not too heavy to get a good stretch at the bottom of the curl. The better the stretch, the better the contraction. Be careful not to relax at the bottom of the curl, keep the muscle tight.

  • Hello Larry - when im down curls i usually have a heavy weight so im not sure if i can hold all that weight at the bottom of the curl with just my fingers?
