so this is the first time you handled Phoebe? I'm surprised she was so docile if that is the case. What a good bird indeed.

you are very good at welcoming birds into the flock haha. i learned quite a bit from this video about how i should act around the bird. and how if i want to i should try introducing my two birds together right away

Hehe, I have two green cheeks also. One always wants cuddles and the other likes diving under the cushions and playing peek-a-bird. Lovely Birds

hey! gorgeous birds, i have one just like it! got him a few weeks ago, he's around 5 months old. jsut wondering, how you discourage your babies from biting! gizmo is pretty good, he enjoys a good head or belly scratch.he obeys the step up command only until he has to go back to his cage, then he bites when we're forced to pick him up.any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

For biting, the techniques I use I learned on my breeder's site. Pamperedpeeps . com go to the articles section. There is a green cheek section with lots of help for biting. Neither of my sweeties have ever broken my skin.
