This is not a real tutorial, just trying to show how I solve the last two centers. A few people asked, so I gave, sorry if it seems a little rushed.

for your second bar you couldve just done Rw U2 Rw'

  • Im not perfect =p

  • Chris, I noticed in your solving video that when you make an inner 1x1x4 row, you insert it with 3Rw Rw' U2 Rw 3Rw'. What i mean is you can just do 3Rw U2 3Rw'. This is faster, cos you can just use the whole 3 layers to insert the bar, instead of worrying about messing other parts up, cos you won't.

  • While doing the last 2 centers there may be a case with the outer 2 bars that I want to keep on the front side (most obvious example is all solved) so only turning the innermost slice allows me to keep those cases that I like intact.

However I do usually do what you suggested.

  • lol I solve the 6x6 differently from probably most people. It takes me awhile but ehh I don't mind. I solve one face, then bottom corners, then bottom edges, the rest of the edge, and theeeen all the faces. and when I solve the faces I make groups of 3 and use an algorithm to place them where they need to go.

  • Just needed the alg to swap the last 2 pieces... Also useful on the 5x5, the rest i did intuitively. Thanks!

  • yay.. first time solved whole 6x6. i know how to solve 2x2, 3x3, 4x4, 5x5 and now 6x6.

Ill get 7x7 for sure in few months

but i just cant get to solve 1x1.. please make tutorial about it. its too hard... all the algorithms...

  • omg! so smoth

  • wow, thanks. I think, I will buy one, cant wait 6b.

  • what if on your two outer bars, you don't have the two inner pieces? do you just use two commutators instead?

  • I'mcfrench and I don't understand very well but I can't finich the 2 last centers of the 7x7x7...Could you help me with a video?

  • Really helpful. Thanks Chris! Make more tutorials!
