  • @pasulashunka just by paying attention to the gap between thoughts, you automatically prolong them, that is true meditation, that is who you are,and its very enjoyable.

Keep shifting your attention to the gap,the silence between thoughts,in the end,one can be completely silent inside wilst in the midst of activity. You realise you are not thoughts or mind, human mind is a bundle of thoughts.

You are Big mind,Buddha mind. which cannot be explained ,just experienced as inner peace.

    .

  • i am so wonderfull am

  • @eaglerock999 Thank you. I thought that was impossable, to prolong the gap, till I learned to do it. But only for short moments. Long enough though to find the calm. When the depressions come, that helps me to find the light where there was only darkness. Even for a moment it is enough for now. I know more exists.

  • @pasulashunka, that is correct ,its the conditioned I -the mind- that asks questions.

when you have no mind, no thoughts, then there is absolute peace.

You are the stillness in which everything arises.

Clue- you are the gap between thoughts, learn to prolong the gap,be still, even in activity.

  • who are you!

  • @blissvideo

Wenn ihr schon verkaufen wollt, dann macht es wenigstens richtig. Es würde einem sehr weiterhelfen wenn man wüsste aus welchen Video dieser Ausschnitt stammt.

  • Things simply arise from moment to moment in the totalness of everything which is. And the more you awaken to that which is, the now, isness, God, the ruling principle of the everything, questions arise, but the result is of no importance ofter then to give information for that passing moment.

  • I do not understand the rest of the talk, but what I hear in English tells me that when I know who I really am there will be no more need for questions.
