  • Please respond! I'm not sure to either get a i7 2600k or the i5 2500k because i don't mind spending the extra money to get better performance. Most people say there is no difference in processors, but what do you think which would be better?

  • @BloodBrothersMedia Watch the video. What are you doing with the processor?

  • hi im thinking of getting a i5 2500k over an i7 2600k thanks to your video and other helpful tips people have given me as im using my PC purely for gaming. the motherboard im getting is a Gigabyte Z68AP-D3 which is compatible for i7 2600k and i5 2500k. does this mean that if i was to want to upgrade to a i7 in the future it would be relitivly simple in terms of just needing to buy the i7 processor and no additional hardware?

  • @Soulblayze Yup.. Drop the i7 2600K in and you're good to go.

  • dude what if i like to surf the net with 20+ tabs opened all the time and with 4 other applications opened what would you recommend i7 2600k or i5 2600k ?

  • @je187u Depends... are the 4 other applications multithreaded?

  • @Hautegus Both. Audio editing is not as intensive as video editing.

  • @custompcreview Gaming, but I'm just going to wait for the ivy bridge processor to come out in June!

  • Okay, you mentioned video editing but which one is best for audio editing?

  • I want to use fraps to record my game play, so should i get hyper threading or will it not matter?

  • @TheEastSideGamers thank you for your input even though the facepalm was unnecessary, plus i didnt asked you.

  • @klondikebar48 Obviously, yes.... *facepalm*

  • @custompcreview what if i can get the i7 cheaper than the i5 2500k, is the i7 2600k a better choice.

  • @Pyroglyphikz u should wait for ivy bridge processors there 10 percent faster and will be same price it will come out in 1-3 months

  • WAIT FOR IVY BRIDGE TO COME OUT IT WILL RUN AROUND 10 PERCENT FASTER THAN SANDY BRIDGE PROCESSORS
