  • Thank you so much for this video, I have been having lump in my throat ON and OFF that made me worry so much, after doing this exercise, almost immediately the sensation gone for at least 80%. I still have some pain at my left side of my neck, hopefully this exercise will help to reduce the pain. Once again, Thank You.

  • I discovered that tilting my head back and stretching the neck muscles helps when I went to the dentist. I didn't feel a lump in my throat for half an hour! Best half our of my week by far.

  • i have been dealing with this for over 8 months now. I don't know exactly why it was caused, but I think it's due to stress/anxiety. This sensation makes (it's like tension and pain all day long) you feel tired and even more tensed. it's like a spiral because you can't really work on recovery of your initial problem when this problem still occurs. I also went to several doctors. One said I had a problem with my sinus and chronic cold, (breathing trough mouth would cause this problem they said)

  • Hi Charles, cheers for that advice you gave me, ive been in pain for ages with my throat, but i did what you sed (kissing the sky) and it really works i woke up this morning and i feel much better. I think you saved me :)

  • ive got it at the min, had for about 5 days. i think i had it before but it went awat.. ive been suffereing with anxiety dissorder for 4 years now

  • I'll have to try this. I've been suffering for several years now. It's debilitating, and my life really went into a downward spiral. So many aspects of my life have been ruined because of this problem, and the worst part is that nobody else understands or knows how it feels. Anyway, thanks for the suggestions.

  • i feel your pain, i relate 100% i've had anxiety disorder for 10 years, it's awful. And no matter how many panic attacks i have, feeling like this time i'm a gonner for sure, i'm still here. It's stupid, horrible, waste of time, depressing but there's a really good network of people out there to help, even talking about it while feeling this way helps. I hope this shit goes away for you :)

  • I have lots of anxiety and panic attacks. But I also have lots of Post Nasal Drip, do you think this lump in the throat could be LPR? But gets worse with anxiety?

Thanks so much for your videos.
