  • 投球除了下盤的支撐動作穩定很重要之外,

    投球時上半身的轉動盡量使用腰力而非臂力,

    以腰力的轉動來投球,可以把球投得更快更遠,

    也可以降低手與肩膀關節的傷害,

    投球時,左手手套要瞄準投球位置( 眼睛要跟著手套最前端 ),這樣會讓你的球投得更精準。^___^

    單純用手臂在甩球而已

    可以在多用些腰跟下盤的力量

    鍛鍊下盤也可以多跑步

    每天跑兩公里!!兩個月球速增加20公里唷!!

    

  • 建議在傳球時,可以將左手往左順勢延伸,帶動腰部以抓準放球時機­,勤加練習會明白的。
