@sheckshiichinna Why does anyone get involved in a cult? They are tempted in with a hook, the promise of everlasting life in paradise on earth, all worlds problems solved. They are shown all kinds of riddles and interpretations from the bible and their own publications, which make a very convincing case. If people are seeking for meaning, feeling lost, having life troubles, these things seem very attractive.

One of my friends because a JW and did a Study with me. But I wouldn't or couldn't swallow everything he said without questioning it. So in the end, we're both upset.

Now we can't talk with each other without my friend suggesting I resume study. I think that's his explanation to the Organization why he still talks with me, because otherwise he would be forced to say that we can't be friends anymore.

The reason there are still people following is because they are forbidden to read anything or any experiences of ex-JWs, whom they unjustly label as "apostate". So basically they are not allowed to watch a video like this one.

Tokagawa89 i am a former jw, and now born again christian, you help no one when you use foul language.--you lose credibility. not trying to bash you--just want to point out you would be more useful in helping people trapped in the JW cult , with using abusive and angry language. please use your experience in a postive way otherwise you defeat the purpose. you reach more people with "honey" as the scripture says God bless you

Sorry bro, you should totally go to a library and try to study up on brainwashing and you would definitely understand what the JW's do at their meeting all the time. It goes right under the definition of it. But have fun wasting your precious minutes of your life going to those mind fucking meeting at the kingdom hall every other day because those are hours and days of your life you will never get back. I promise.
