호떡 Hoddeok: My First Time.

I welcome all corrections (pronunciation, preparation methods, etc). I've eaten them many times, but this was my first time making some.

I've seen it called "stuffed pancake." I've seen them cooked in deep fat. I've seen them cooked on well oiled grills. They are made and sold everywhere in in South Korea. I think they are best when eaten hot.
