  • Thanks Dr. Monger. I've never had any formal training, but I have walked away (or stumbled) from fights, and one common things I've noticed is that my ring and pinky knuckles would ache. Of course, because of the adrenaline rush I never worried about any damaging effects. Watching your video not only taught me how to throw a left jab, I learned what to hit with. I appreciate this a lot. Keep up the great work, and I will keep training.
