The Up and Up, The Third Degree, and Stab-Rite Achievement Guides Part 1

Sorry if the quality is a little low, I made a mistake and had to render twice and I did it the 2nd time at a low quality for 720p.
If you follow my part one and part two achievement guides, you can get 3 achievements just for doing this one chase. The Stab-Rite achievement will pop after you collect the knife in the first sweep and talk to the coroner later in the mission. If you get stuck at all, I also wrote a text guide below.

With that said, I made this guide for the "a marriage made in heaven case". Finally, a warning :

Lets begin:
Clues to obtain before talking to anyone:
1. Wallet found on the left coat pocket of the victim
2. Life insurance found the the right coat pocket of the victim
3. A bloody knife found in thegarbage can in the alleyway beside the cafe.

For questioning, Q is your question you see in the notebook and A the answer you should select.

Skip the next step if you only care about the third degree achievement
**********NEXT STEP IS ONLY FOR 5 STAR RATING**********
Finally, before leaving the bar use the telephone to call in the tip for the car identification provided by Shannon Perry. After the phone call, change your destination to the guys house and have your partner drive. Upon arrival, a chase will ensue. Be careful not too cause too much damage because this can lower your rating to 4 stars.

**NEXT STEP IS MANDATORY FOR ALL ACHIEVEMENTS**
Go to the Lorna Pattison's house. Investigate her.

After you leave her house, use a gamewell (old outdoor phone found on street corners) to hear your message from the corner. After this, travel to his location. Once you are done talking to him and if you have been following my guide and picked up the knife at the very beginning this will pop The Stab-Rite achievement.

All you have to do now is travel back to the Pattison residence and a chase with Lerou Sabo will take place. Dispatch of him however you see fit (I shot him twice in the first alleyway). Once all of the cutscenes have wrapped up, you will be presented with the case file and notes on how well you did. If you followed my text or video guide and its your first 5 star case, both The Up And Up achievement and The Third Degree achievement will pop. Congratulations!
