im not an artist lol

i used to make my own versions of music videos to songs but i dont make them anymore, ive transitioned over to comedy and skit videos

i was never an "artist" haha, it was never my intention to "rip" anyone off, just to entertain =]

Spare me the antics. You still put this on itunes and had people download it so you ARE making money off someone else's work. All you did was change the pitch. The only thing protecting you at this point is the fact you have permission from this big-shot company. If you actually sung the song yourself and then had people download it on itunes, THEN that would be OK. Despite this, it's good you moved on and tried to be creative in your own way. I've done editing before-doing this isn't hard.

i didnt put it on itunes lol i included the itunes download link to the ORIGINAL song by the band lol so that THEY can make money, not me haha

i have permission to use this song in my video from the band and their manager haha

but i actually completely agree with you on how this video isnt good, im not proud of it at all haha it was very easy to make, this isnt one of my best ones at all obviously

but yeah, i have moved on, i do 100% original content now, just like comedy skits and topics

What is creative about using a song you didn't produce and then making a video that doesn't even have anything you do with the song? These people are just lipping the lyrics, that's it. And do you think it's good to profit off someone's else's content?-he put this on itunes for god's sake. I mean I understand using portions of it to make something creative, but this guy he took the original soundtrack and tweaked it...this song doesn't belong to him-he has no right to sell it.
