@ChristianLinnell She's explaining Neuro-Lingusitc Programming (not quantum physics) which has been proven to work by the co-creators Dr. Richard Bandler, PhD and John Grinder, PhD and many other NLP practitioners since. If you do some research on this, instead of making a snap judgments, your life change and you could really benefit from it.

No, the speaker doesn't have a speech impediment, she's from Germany and speaking remarkably cogent English.
What about listening to the *content* and focusing on that?
