nothing,i did it purely on food and noticed a one inch increase in arm size in one month!

Monday and Thursday: Arms
Tuesday and Friday: Chest and Shoulders
Wednesday and Saturday: Back and Legs
Abs can be done everyday.

Note-The grip being used at 2:14 is the worst kind. Especially with bench presses. Ive seen a couple guys have their bars fall right on them because of that grip!
Always thumb around. Thats what its there for.
