He did so out of spite. The only reason for the property tax caps would be to ruin Indiana's schools ... and not to help anyone but himself. He sold the State of Inidiana to the devil. A Second Generation Robert D. Orr!!

I have the following reasons why Indiana should vote in a Democratic Governor: gun control, protecting the environment, lottery for public education, "Home Rule" governmental units, hate crime legislation, and protection of the United States Constitution.
