Not that I know of. It is only there for B licences and some A licences. There are no guidelines for IB/IA/S/R licences.

Start in second gear & immediately shift down to first gear: this gets maximum speed through the wheels without wheel-spin. For corners, brake earlier & accelerate from about half-way around.
