Homemade Chocolate Oreo Cookie Recipe (Part 1 of 2) by THE ANGRY BAKER

This is an incredible recipe for homemade chocolate cookies with a creamy vanilla filling. I call them "homemade oreos" but really they are much, much more than that.

Tips: Make sure ingredients are at room temperature, make sure you really use the Dutch-Processed Unsweetened Cocoa (there is a difference in flavor in non-Dutch), and finally: DON'T SCREW IT UP YOU MORON!
