It's so sad that Justin Bieber has 50x more views than this is.

It could be argued that Monsanto is damaging organic crops by the very existence of its genetically modified seeds and/or mature plants. Perhaps, farmers who are being victimized should launch a class-action suit against Monsanto for damages related to contamination of their crops, damage to their crop and future crops, for loss of the original seed the farmers have developed and all income associated with the loss of that crop and the purity of the seed it would've produced.

@wwe3466 You need to study up on micro nutrients before you say stupid shit like that

@faunflynn an apt comparison...unfortunately it's not always a case of who is buying but who is selling out, and that's our governments...
-
@kweeezy You gotta check out One man, one cow, one planet. What an awesome movie and hopefully one that will start a revolution for farmers...

@starwindangel It has been done. After much pain and a lot of legal fees Mr. Percy of Saskatchewan won his suit against Monsanto, after losing Monsanto's initial suit against him for illegally "growing" their GMO'd stuff that blew onto his field and cross-contaminated his crops...Certainly more suits are happening as we speak, but not enough--Monsanto and their legal team learn fast and they are simply going to lobby for what they want, and with their money they might get it...

about this seed thing - even if they owned the patent - you can still go into that 'seed vault' and make your own patent based on the original. So this guy's talking crap. No company can own the original - they can only patent one once they alter it genetically

that's a big misconception behind organic farming.your crops will actuley do better with less work. You will get higher yields if you space them correctly and use drip irragtion (saving water). over all you get better food for cheaper costs since you are not using pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, (no thinks to corproate grocery chains captilizing on the organic movement.) if you like to learn more i have numerouse books and articles for you to read

IMHO, this is very best documentary ever made on the dangers of genetically engineered foods. Thank you for posting - so happy to see it posted again!

Well if you guys don't like Monsanto, you can go back to Organic farming.....But I hope you like the 12 hours of work with a day waking up at 3 in the morning with little pay, scorching sun, and not to mention the constant crop failure and pests.....I Support Monsanto 100%, they are the real heroes who feed you, you guys are so ungrateful, thanks to them there is no need for pesticides that are really toxic, STOP biting the hand that feeds you
