Obama - Anime Pro Studio 6 Test

Animation test of the Obama character available from Content Paradise site. Created in Anime Studio Pro6 that incorporates lip sync capability. Used an audio clip news conference to map character. Thanks DK Tunes for great product.

where'd you get the music at the beginning?

@WumWip I created it, based on the Hail to the Chief song that is usually played for the president.

How did you get his mouth to move? I've been trying to figure that out for a long time.

@infernapeawsome15 Its an option in Anime Studio Pro 6. You load a sound file and have the program match up movements to the mouth file. There are some good tutorials on here that others have done.

Not that long which is the beauty of Anime Studio Pro. Its prob more challenging getting the audio you want right than the animation itself now that the program can match up audio to mouth movements. Also, I had to create the background logo for the WH which was not included with the Obama character

Yeah, nice! Sometimes I think that Smith Micro should calibrate a little bit more the synchro of ANIME. The frequences don't work exactly. A problem, which brings me to calibrate it by hand, counting lip-moves and syllabifications :-)

This is volume-based lip syncing, which is not very accurate. Download papagayo (freeware) which works with ASP (don't know about v6). Select an audio file, type the text spoken in the file, hit convert-presto! It does the lip syncing for you. Be warned- make sure you select the right frame rate in the top right corner. Also you will have to tweak it quite a bit but it's worth it. Then you export it to a switch file and load that into ASP.
