Thanks for the info! Still deciding on wether or not I'm going to do an auction style or buy-it-now. But, this definitely helped my decision.
Cheers,

I use Fixed Price listings. When I was selling with auction I notice that some of my auctions ended with only one bidder. I have a eBay store $16 month + $.20 for 30 day listing. I like having 100 items up at a time. eBay buyers for changed over the last 10 years when auctions were king. Buyers now just want to buy the item like in a store and don't mine paying a little higher price. So next time take a look at auction items, how many bidders does a item have you may be surprised.

@curtisz789 It seems to depend on what the item is. For items that don't get a lot of bids or have mass appeal, fixed price seems to work well. But for high demand items, auction style seems like it can bring in an even higher end price.
I've had items that I listed fixed price, & got zero buyers which I then relisted as auction style & ended up selling 4 even higher due people got into a bidding war. People are willing to pay higher in auctions, b/c they hate to lose out to someone else.
