It's not a single. It's one song of a compilation that Sub Pop (actually just Bruce Pavitt as they were not a label yet) put out of favorite underground bands in the mid 80s. 1986 was the year the album came out. This song was from 1982.

I didn't know Naked Raygun made a single with Sub Pop
I thought the only Chicago band Sub Pop associated with was the Smashing Pumpkins
