Based on the 1968 film starring Zero Mostel and Gene Wilder and later adapted into a 2005 film starring Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick, this comedy-musical by Mel Brooks focuses on two theatrical producers who scheme to get rich by overselling interests in a Broadway flop. The winner of a record-breaking 12 Tony Awards in 2001, this hysterical, high-energy show contains memorable numbers like, If Youve Got it, Flaunt it, and Springtime for Hitler.
Hi friends at Community Players! What a great show! This looks like so much fun! I live in AZ now but will always remember with fondness working on Chicago in 2006. Be well!
