If sin can exist in the presence of God, then why would he need to create Hell or execute sinners?

  • I'm not quite sure who told you that sin can enter into the presence of God. God in his very nature is perfect, and as such, sin cannot even go before him. To explain hell chronologically: God is perfect, God created man, man sinned and is doomed to share in Satan's punishment of eternal damnation, God sends His Son to die on our behalf and take the punishment for sin on his shoulders. If we as humans accept Christ into our lives and hearts, we are spared from hell. Hell isn't there for kicks.

  • @jschools09 - The Bible told me sin can exist in the presence of God. Where did you get your information that it can't?

  • It's in the Bible, where does it say that it can?

  • @jschools09 - I did an entire video on this question. Watch TQFC # 26, "Sin the Presence of God" in it I list multiple examples.

  • he he did die cuz of them but he even said the night b4 that he was gona die the next day so he could of prevented it so yes he left himself die so he could forgive us and if u say god is jesus then yes he killed himself for himself

  • @jschools09: Well there is the OT story of Job, where "satan" is before God asking to test him. If sin cannot enter the presence of God, then how can the biggest sinner of all?

  • @azsuperman01 The bible did not tell you that sin can exist in the presence of God."Surely the arm of the LORD is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear. But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear." Is 59:1,2 "If I regard wickedness in my heart, The Lord will not hear" Ps 66:18 God turned His face away from Jesus when the sin of the world was placed on Him at the cross.

  • okay thats not right! God is holy it would not be right or just for him to be around sin. God is in heavan he left man to there own destrution. sin cannot enter into heavan. Anyway the answer to your question is simple God created hell for satan and his fallen angels Mat25:41

  • 0:26 is the bottom line, I don`t preach my Christian views on you , so I expect the same from you,do we have an agreement. 1 of the coolest dudes while serving time in Iraq was an atheist, never had any problems, but the 1 time religion came in to the conversation it was a retarded argument, never again.

  • @zTx1001 See I don't get you, you put all these things that God apparently needs to be so that He is good enough for you and say that God should just snap His fingers and make everything wonderful and happy when it was us who screwed up, you say that He should just forgive all sin when He's already provided atonement for sin (except that you'd need to repent and by that extent admit you're wrong), and also that He should let all the sin in this world go without consequences. That's a fallacy.

  • @jschools09 hmmm... I think God is just too stern... He really need to chill a bit... Have fun and perhaps socialize.... I'd buy him a Guinness Stout and crack some jokes with him though... =)

  • @zTx1001 well tough stuff man because guess what? God IS perfect. God is perfect because He allowed us to have free will to run from Him or to embrace Him. You point the finger at God when you should be pointing it at yourself, we as humans screwed up God's creation. It's OUR fault that this planet is so screwed up, and as God can't just "forgive everyone in a snap" (He's perfectly just, and to that extent, must punish sin) He offered a way out through His son Jesus.

  • @zTx1001 But then again... Unfortunately I'm not God... Sorry for that... Cause you guys would all be in heaven right now... erm.... So anyway.... *sigh* =P

  • @jschools09 Never let me see the phrase, "God is perfect".... Cause if God is perfect... He would have made perfect humans and perfect angels that won't disobeyed him or her or shemale....

If I am God, I'd be perfect.... Cause I'll create a perfect "You", a perfect world, Perfect equal Angels... And everyone lives happily ever after....

And if I am God.... I would have forgiven Lucifer and repaired him with a snap....

  • @chilimaan No no I never said any such thing, stop putting words in my mouth, I have not identified God with any standards other than His own, like I said before, God IS the big idea here. The reason we're here, the reason you're here is because God wants us to bring Him glory. Look...given your constant circular responses I'm assuming you went into this conversation just to antagonize people, so if you do want to discuss theology the send me a message but I'm done replying here.
