Green Energy initiative - a simple innovation to build your own Green Gym

Tribute to mother Earth on World Environment Day ......!!!!
Here I propose a small GREEN -- GYM concept for your home, which will channelize and tap into your energy dissipated during GYM workouts into at least, pump the water from your sump into your Garden or to an overhead water Storage Tank .... Thanks for watching (BTW - my 1st YouTube Video). This Video is a proof of concept to show-case to the world an alternative concept to modern GYM, using age old techniques, wherein we can also save electricity and could perhaps reduce the energy crisis, especially if millions start deploying Human Energy effectively and reduce dependency on machines & motors!

FAQ:
Q. How to Implement it, where is this apparatus available, what would it cost? ......Very simple and easy to implement with just INR 3500/- (US $75) cost of bill of material - hand pump, required length of pipes, joiners & fasteners, non returning valves.

Q. How much time to fill 500 litres of tank @ ht of 40 ft ?
....this implementation fills up 1 Bucket of Water (20 litres) in 1 minute with ½ inch pipe delivery system. So, 25 minutes of hand-pump exercise should lift up 500 liters to head height of 45 feet. Generally one may get tired after 10 minutes, so you have to ask other family members to continue. If you increase the delivery pipe width to 1 inch with bigger hand-pump (arm length - fetch - displacement ratio), it would take just 15 minutes ! You can yourself check out water flow rate from a traditional hand-pump in Villages. Within 30 secs, it fills an entire bucket.

Q. This exercises your hands, chest muscles. For exercising your legs/abdomen ? .... We can connect an external water pump module to our bicycles pedal and pump up by cycling !
