I love this!!! I mix 2 tblspns(2x's a day) with V-8 and drink it every morning and evening before bed followed by drinking 8 oz's of Filtered water. I love it, It's tolerable this way

something has been changed with the apple cider vinegar. It is now lighter in color and the mother doesnt exist in it anymore. Just a brownish film that no matter how long i let it sit never turns to the "mother" I am beginning to question this because a few people i know in different parts of the country say the same thing. Hmmmmmmm was it too good of a thing to last?

I use apple cider vinegar, too and you are so right. It's good for so many different things--definately a staple of mine.

@HottCoco27 I just started my acv. I had it for two weeks, but I was scared to actually start using it. You gave me the courage. Now I drink it straight, no chaser.

I have never used it for this purpose, but I am sure that it will work. Apple Cider vinegar is good for EVERYTHING lol... I have used it for itchy scalp so I am positive it will alleviate dandruff. Take care and God Bless!
