Promise them that increase the sales quotas! There will be a revolution newspaper and no homeless people newspaper.

Of course, the homeless will sell the newspapers Revulotions.

Dont feed the homeless,house the homeless,this will solve every problem with the homeless.I see much money going to just feeding the homless,but not housing them,yes there are shelters,but a sheltor can never give a family peace like a real true house can,there are so many empty houses doing nothing its horrible to see so many homeless people with vacent homes doing nothing but filling air and not love.

nice idea of helping the homeless, but bad message, do not forgive? to not forget? this can only lead to violence and vigelantee murders. good you say?(to hypothetical person) then someone could be a complete hackjob and then use this as an excuse to go around killing inocents and others that get in the way.
