The first one (pink RR Ghost) is from a royal family member of Saudi Arabia, i got some pictures of the car this summer in London myself and the centre symbol on the plate that looks like some sort of crown has the S.A. initials in them so it is referring to Saudi Arabia. The second one in this video (the RR Phantom Drophead Coupe) has plates from Qatar.
