George Osborne outlines spending cut plans

Appearing on Newsnight Shadow Chancellor George Osborne announced plans to introduce in-year cuts in government spending should the Conservatives win the next election.

Gideon there refusing to actually answer the question - Tories say they're being straight with people, open, honest etc, they want voters to trust them.  Yet it's just like the Cameron poster - they conceal far more than they reveal and they think we haven't got the intelligence to notice that!
