I tried the"paying the least amount" once before. I used to claim 6 deductions on my W-9, or whatever tax form we fill out just before we start working for a new company. It worked out that I was the one getting an interest-free loan every payday. But at the end of the year, I would owe around $750 back since next to nothing was taken out of my paycheck (a little over $30). I was late paying, my employer received a letter from IRS and they were ready to garnish my wages--Constitutional or not.

Oh, sorry but the comments are backwards. By that i mean that you should read the comments from the 1st amendment and up. If you dont, you will be reading it top to bottom and the sequence doing it that way is 3, 2, 1.
Sam, you are a true hero. Thank you for what you are doing.

You have a right under the 1st amendment of the constitution you have the right to work and contract you labor and your skill and your time as you see fit. The state of (your state) arbitrarily and erroneously converted your right to work into a privelege and issued a license and a fee for it. Thats unconstitutional Marburry v. madison 5 us 137 1803.
