Canadian National detour trains, operating from Montreal-Buffalo, began service after tropical storm/Hurricane Irene washed out railway lines along the eastern seaboard. In this video CN detour train F328 is seen on the CN Grimsby Subdivision with a variety of Norfolk Southern power. As F328 proceeded towards Buffalo it met CN 331 (1:15). Foreign power was once daily in southern Ontario but has not been prevelant for the last 4 years on CN. More CN detour trains are expected as railways repair trackage that is currently out of service. Thanks to foamarzinc for the heads up and information about this train.
