I think it's supposed to help older farmers though this type of work they can just pay some high school kid to do it for a lot less then buying an exo suit.
Though in the US we have these machine called harvesters that you pull behind a tractor that pull the root crop out of the ground clean it etc.
For stuff that can't handle being harvested by machine Mexicans.
