This only works for yuri's Revenge.

How to get started:
Download "Final alert 2 Yuri's revenge"
http://yrarg.cncguild.net/index.php?page=utilities/utilities
Then run it.
Go to Edit on top of page after starting final alert 2. then go to trigger editor, and a pop-up should apear. select new Trigger box near top right.

Making Trigger work:
Go to Events Tab in same pop-up and select an event, each dose something different.

8 Any Event...
Instant trigger start.

13 Elapsed Time...
Countdown in Game seconds. may varry on computer speed/ internet speed.

Getting Trigger to actually do something:
Go to Actions Tab and select "New Action" and select one of the actions, if you did other 2 steps above, then the action will work. keep in mind it may cause IE for not all Triggers actually work in skirmish.

get buildings or units in start of game:
Now, do the simple steps above until you get to Actions. in the actions Tab, select "14 Change House" and select the player below. Then you are done with triggers, go back to map, place the building or Unit or even infantry and then click on them and go click on the arrow on very bottom of new pop-up and select the trigger you just made (reason why naming is important) and done. If you have alot of stuff on map and you are going to make it all one house anyways you can make it instad in actions "14 Change House..." make it "36 All Change House..." which makes all the units, buildings, etc owned by the house listed on first page as owner. this way no selecting is required. if you want multiple players get multiple stuff, you can place down the unts for one house, then go to "Change owner" on the main map editing page and select "JP" and make a duplicate of other trigger but make the owner of first page "JP". keep in mind you have to make a "14 Change House" trigger if 3 or more players are going to receive stuff. now whats cool about "14 change house" is that even though other units are going to go to the "36 All Change House" trigger, the ones with a trigger connected to them below will make that trigger top priority and goes to that house instead. so its possible to have a All change house with a simple change house.

Nuke Strike:
Like all the other triggers, just change the Actions area. now you can type in in the Actions Area 95 and then a "95 Nuke Strike..." will apear. this is what you want. now below is a thing called "waypoint" and you click on it and select the waypoint that you desire the nuke to strike to. If you need to, make a new Waypoint. READ BELOW FOR MORE INFORMATION.

Waypoints:
What a waypoint is, is a Plue circle with a Blue number ontop with a flag.... you may realize that this sounds alot of player start location... will... thats because those are waypoints to. now do not select one of these waypoints in the actions tab unless you want the nuke to strike there, so it may be best to make a new waypoint in the end. on the main map page you will look on the left and look down and see "Waypoints". This is where you make Waypoints. there is 3 options, a Create Waypoint which uses the next available waypoint (I only Recemond this if its an 8 player map, otherwize. it will create a player start location.) and a "Create Waypoint with Special ID" which makes a small pop-up apear and lets you type in a number. ONLY TYPE IN 8-99!!!!! The other option is "Delete Waypoint" which is what it sounds, it deletes waypoints. now after making a waypoint, select the trigger that needs it and done. You MAY use more then one trigger on each waypoint.

  • Hey, how to make every allied country have Airborne(america's paradrop),sniper,tank destroyer,grand cannon and black eagle? i did it on america but i dont know how to do it in other allied countries.

  • @cedie0513 Its easiest to just add the American Radar Superweapon to the other radar and simply make the allied units not have "RequiredHouses". Additionally, you would need to fix the ForbiddenHouses and RequiredHouses tags on both AMRADR and GAAIRC to make sure America then gets the normal allied radar instead of the AMRADR.

  • Can you please explain to me where is this so called "change house tool" ? I can't find it anywhere in final Alert.

  • Hey, is there somewhere in particular you're supposed to save the maps? Because the one I made isn't appearing on the in-game list. I saved it as a .yrm, so Iunno what the problem is...

    anyways, yah... you need it in RA2 folder (where game exe is located.)

  • @MegaBropro well... alright... ;/ i never had that problem before. When it tells me its not installed, it just makes me not use anything, but the tool bar works fine.

  • @WARDEATHFUN but i can't iven get to the FA 2 : YR when i double click on a icon of FA 2 : YR is says that is not insatled

  • @MegaBropro I do not remember how, but there is a way to go into final alert and tell it where the RA2 directory is. Just search its tool bar :p

  • hey i got a proble when i start the FA 2 : YR it say that RA 2 is not instaled and i have RA2 and RA2 : YR does anyone knows wats the problem ??
