This is a bad set up. First that is a tiger barb and it is dying. Second, tiger barbs are semi aggressive. Third, they should be hoursed in a larger tank and require shoals minimum of 5. You also have a lone serpae tetra from the looks of it. They are also meant to be in shoals.
